DAFFODIL HILL.
A couple weeks ago we went to see a place in the mountains with some other Moms called Daffodil Hill. It was really fresh and charming. I really like (and NEED) to get out here! We've found there's a lot of beauty to go and see closeby.
The boys didn't really care about the scenery of beautiful flowers though - all they wanted to do is play in the dirt and rocks and run around with looking for sticks.

Last Saturday we drove up to Auburn and found more lush beauty along the river. Therapy to the soul!
Kalem gets so serious about gathering rocks to throw in the water. Down to business.

Sunday evening, after a full day of rain, we went out for a walk on the bike trail behind our apartment. We go here often to throw rocks in the stream and see the birds. Ah! we love Spring and OUTdoors!

Everywhere one lives, there is beauty. I'm glad you are getting out to enjoy some there. Great for mom and dad & for the kids. Seems like wonderful memory for the kids, in fact. It looks beautiful and green, but a little cold. That should change soon. Love you!
You guys are such an outdoors couple, I love seeing all your pictures of the family hiking or biking through parks or at the beach. I can't get over how Kalem is such a little boy now. Your boys are growing so fast.
