Eric and I visited a little Danish town, called Solvang, in the mountains last weekend. It was fun, but one thing I've learned is the yummy-looking danish pastries 
are very pretty, but a little carboardy. But ya gotta try 'em - it's 
impossible not to get tricked into it by the chocolate and the cream. We also got some Danish ice cream, and that redeemed the rich sugar expectations.

We want to go next time. We'll skip the pastries and go for the ice cream first!
